Privacy Policy

1of1 Touring (“we”, “us”) is the limited-drop label of 1of1 Motorsport. This policy explains what we collect when you apply for or purchase a 1of1 Touring product, how we use it, and how to reach us with questions.
We aim to write this in plain English. If anything here is unclear, write us at concierge@1of1touring.shop.
What we collect
When you submit a reservation application:
- Name, email, and an optional phone number
- A short note about what you drive or fly
- Your acknowledgments of our policies (resale, made-to-order variance, final-sale, by-invitation)
When you complete a reservation through Stripe:
- Stripe handles your payment-card data directly. We never see or store card numbers.
- We do see and store the resulting order record: edition number, shipping address, contact details, and the amount paid.
When you visit the site:
- Standard request logs and server metrics (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and reliability
- Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic patterns
- We may use Meta Pixel and Google Ads Pixel for marketing measurement on this site or its sister brands
How we use it
- To review your application and decide whether to invite you to reserve
- To process and ship your order once your reservation is confirmed
- To send transactional updates: receipts, production milestones, shipping notifications
- To send occasional brand emails (you can opt out at any time)
- To meet legal obligations: tax records, warranty registries, fraud prevention
Who has access to it
Our processors:
- Stripe — payments and tax calculation
- GoHighLevel — contact and workflow management
- Supabase — order and reservation database (a dedicated project for 1of1 Touring)
- Vercel — hosting and analytics
- Resend — transactional email delivery
Each of these has its own published privacy practices. Where applicable, we have data-processing agreements in place.
We do not, and will not, sell your personal data to third parties.
Marketing communications
If you've subscribed to our brand emails — or applied for a drop and we've reached out about it — you can opt out from any email we send. The unsubscribe link works immediately. Transactional emails (your application status, your order, shipping updates) are essential to delivering what you paid for and aren't subject to opt-out.
Cookies
Functional cookies keep your session working. Analytics and marketing cookies (Vercel Analytics, and, where deployed, Meta Pixel and Google Ads Pixel) help us understand which channels and pages drive interest. Browser-level controls let you reject these cookies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications

Sister brands
1of1 Touring is operated by the same team behind 1of1 Motorsport. If you've shared information with our parent site at 1of1motorsport.com, or our events brand at pcarfolk.com, those interactions are governed by their respective privacy notices.
Children
We don't sell to, or knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be flagged at the top and dated.
